**Summary**
We are seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Atlas-Apex Roofing. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our staff across various functions. Located in Canada, this position plays a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
- Answering phone calls
- Provide daily updates and correspondence with client base as needed
- Opening and sorting mail
- Matching packing slips and coding invoices
- Entering information and creating accurate work orders utilizing our proprietary Customer Relationship Management programs (POS and ERS)
- Assisting with all Service Department needs related to customer service, supporting account managers, general administration and senior management
- Proofreading and formatting of service-related quotations and reports
- Managing online reports of completed work
- Preparing and scheduling courier and other postal correspondence
- Putting together and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Reconciling, organizing and filing invoices and statements
- Working with the Finance department. Basic payroll duties (data entry, verifying and submitting payroll)
- Facilitating new employee orientations, client specific training, and office/warehouse safety inspections
- Sharing workloads with other service staff when necessary
- Creating and assisting with customer contracts
- Managing online reports of completed work
- General office maintenance
- Other day to day office operations
**Skills/ Qualifications**
- High school diploma a must
- Fluent in both English and French a must
- 3-5 years’ office experience a plus
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems in a creative manner.
- Ability to relate well to all kinds of people, can build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact
- Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to work at fast paced professional level
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
