**REGIONAL OPERATIONS CONSULTANT**

As a **Regional Operations Consultant**, you will champion new Browns Socialhouse location openings and support franchisee training. You must be able to teach, uphold and be a role model for all operating standards and systems. Energy, passion, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask are critical for this role.

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and is based out of various stores in BC with some time spent at other locations across Western Canada and our Corporate Office in Langley, BC.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Support new restaurant openings acting as captain.
- Perform restaurant audits and location visits.
- Training and Development of existing and new standards/ systems to the franchise community.
- Completion sign-off of all training for new franchisees and managers.
- Support Director of Operations, Browns Socialhouse with meetings, Business Reviews, seminars, etc.
- Oversee and guide Corporate “Training & Testing” location(s).
- Teaching online workshops.
- Corporate link to franchise community for operational issues and inquiries.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Restaurant General Manager experience required, preferably in a multi-unit or franchise environment.
- Certified Serving it Right, First Aid and Food Safe Level 1.
- Must have own vehicle or access to a vehicle as up to 70% of this role involves travel around the city.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as well as able to travel up to 10 days per month.
- Strong eye for detail and confidence in ability to lead in change management process.
- Solid organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
