Title: Host/Hostess for Showhome

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and provide a warm and friendly welcome to the showhome
- Answer questions about the homes, amenities, and surrounding areas
- Familiarize themselves with the showhome and highlight its features
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showhome
- Follow up with visitors to answer any additional questions and provide assistance as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- MUST be available to work every Thursday from 2-8 PM and weekends 12-5PM
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
