**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet production goals, delivery dates and quality standards
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials.
- Support developing new product ideas and enhancements to existing products through customer feedback and innovation
- Monitor production processes and actively identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Manufacture and produce finished products that meet or exceed quality standards consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales and shipping to ensure smooth production operations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to maintain a high level of productivity and adherence Company processes and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, employee attendance and incidents.
- Enforce company procedures related to workplace health and safety.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in production management, with a track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, problem solving, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- An aptitude for streamlining and improving processes to drive efficiency and productivity with the ability to implement effective solutions
- Analytical mindset
- Proven hands-on experience in welding and plumbing, with ability to provide technical support if required
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

**WORKING ENVIRONMENT**:

- Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and welding/plumbing equipment.
- Standing, walking, and moderate lifting required.
- Must wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Regular interaction with warehouse, office and logistics teams.

Pay: $64,000.00-$74,000.00 per year
