**You as a Design Build Manager**:

- Be responsible for the strategic, compliant, cost-effective, and on-schedule design management for one or more design-build proposals, pursuits and/or ongoing projects.
- Provide management of the design team, including both internal resources and external design consultants, in developing compliant and aggressive design solutions in response to the RFP and/or contract requirements including coordination of all disciplines
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with our mechanical and electrical design managers, project estimators, capital development director, marketing team, legal team, and facility management team
- Maintain budgets, schedules and accountability; lead design submissions, reviews and audits; engage stakeholders and secure client approvals

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Architecture, design, or engineering related bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent
- Ten or more years of design management experience, working predominately on Design Build and CM in Healthcare
- Working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management. and contract & design software
- Confidently mentor and delegate to a large team while developing and maintaining strong client relations
