What you will do:

- Accountable for contributing to the land expiry process and follow through on expiry/continuations and government/freehold notifications to Geologists, Negotiators and Partners.
- Understanding and working knowledge of Saskatchewan Crown regulations, as well as Freehold leases.
- Be involved in process and procedure development
- Process external and internal inquiries in a timely fashion
- Ability to extract data from various systems
- Work with Negotiators on Crown posting and sale process
- Prepare and submit caveats, withdrawals, discharges and transfers of caveats to land titles office and advises partner and freehold owners
