We are looking for a medical receptionist to perform the following key tasks:

- Greet patients and optimize patient flow in clinic
- Take payments
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Perform appointment confirmations
- Printing and scanning all patient documents, sending and receiving faxes, -scheduling lab pickups
Requirements are the following:

- Evening and weekend availability
- Experience as a medical receptionist
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French)
- Punctual and reliable
- Polite and smiling
