**Position**:
We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Autoglass Technicians to play an integral role in our store. In this role, you will be ensuring the safe and efficient replacement and repair of automotive glass. GlassMasters Autoglass is looking for full time autoglass technicians This is a fast-paced environment with unparalleled growth potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safe and efficient installation of automotive glass.
- Train Assistant Auto Glass Technicians in the installations.
- Drive company and account vehicles responsibly and safely.
- Complete equipment maintenance and maintain a clean shop and/or mobile van.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year autoglass installation experience.
- Ability to work Saturday’s
- Ability to work Overtime
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract (no conviction in the last 3 years).
- Solid work ethic and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- High level of productivity and efficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality control.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Works well both unsupervised and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift - Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
- Overtime REQUIRED
- Will vary depending on season.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
