At Spread’Em kitchen we’re obsessed with snacks that taste amazing and pack a nutritional punch.

We aren’t just building products, we’re building a brand and a community. The marketing and content manager will have a huge role in that process. Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing all marketing and promotional strategies.

Spread’Em Kitchen is a fairly new company but is growing quickly with huge growth potential to a CMO role. As we’re a small business, the role will consist of many tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ideate regular high quality content that communicates the voice and feel of the SK brand
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing, including digital, retail, experiential marketing efforts, podcasts and in-store promos
- Provide weekly reports and analysis to the SK team on learnings from social media ad campaigns, customer insights, product feedback, competitive intel, etc.
- Assist management in training new sales reps on the markets and product and provide ongoing support as needed
- Source and help manage vendors to execute marketing tactics (e.g. advertising campaigns, graphic design, etc.)
- Travel (primarily trade shows)

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years in an marketing role in product based company (CPG a bonus)
- Self starter
- Quick learner and not afraid to move fast
- Strong communication skills
- Data analytics skills
- Setting up and managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent organizational skills (You will be setting up CRMs, creating plans, and executing)
- Capacity to multitask to meet multiple demands and instructions
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Ability to self-motivate and problem solve in a fast paced setting
- Excellent with technology, learning new apps
- Willingness to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the job
- Ability to grow with the business
- You must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license
- You must be able to lift 40 lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37,265.00-$74,400.00 per year
