**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the establishment during assigned shifts.
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining cash drawers.
- Assist in training new employees on operational standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff and promoting teamwork.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Strong background in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire team members effectively.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
