We are currently recruiting a **Warehouse Administrator** to join our team. Reporting to the **Warehouse Operations Supervisor**, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication with warehouse staff, carriers, vendors, and customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments, tracking metric volumes within the warehouse, balancing inventory levels, and more.

**Job Duties**:

- Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, vendors, and customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain the delivery appointment schedule for inbound shipments
- Follow up on shipments to ensure timeliness; arrange alternate carriers if necessary
- Interact with carriers and provide required documentation
- Track warehouse metric volumes and efficiencies
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reports
- Assist in processing packages for shipment via courier
- Balance inventory levels and manage orders based on production capacity
- Provide administrative support to the operations management team
- Resolve customer shipment/delivery discrepancies as flagged by Customer Service
- Prepare shipping documents and workloads for floor associates
- Maintain accurate material and customer information
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activity and utilization
- Ensure drivers depart with correct paperwork
- Enter and maintain data in the warehouse management system
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
- Willingness to work overtime when required
