**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- **Knowledge of medical terminology.**:

- **Experience with medical and therapy appointment bookings and demonstrated ability to manage multiple phone lines preferred.**:

- **Strong interpersonal, communication/organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, conflicting demands.**:

- **Good attendance record.**:

- ** Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.**:

- **Excellent problem-solving skills.**:

- **Adaptable and flexible to changing workplace demands.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality.
