**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Starting wages of $25 per hour - depending on experience
- We reimburse for parking or a transit pass.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of general construction experience - formwork, framing, concrete finishing or other skilled trade experience is an asset.

**Typical job duties/tasks for general operators**
- Receive deliveries
- Handle, organize and store plumbing supplies and materials
- Operate a fork lift
- Site clean up
- Drill, chip and core concrete and wood frame structures
- Operate workshop equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Install hardware and equipment
- Basic rigging
