- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment by identifying tasks that need to be done and taking initiative without being directed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales practices and customer interactions.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
