**_Responsibilities:_**:

- The Production Coordinator will support the Production Manager by:_
- _Driving a culture of creativity, innovation and continuous learning._
- _Developing schedules/plans to ensure the efficient running day to day operations._
- _Ensuring team is following safe practices and awareness of hazards to prevent injuries to team members._
- _Involved in continuous improvement plans/objectives in manufacturing plant._
- _Focusing on, on time delivery of orders in an efficient and cost-effective manner by coordinating proper planning and effective communication on delays._
- _Understanding and suggesting future needs of staffing, equipment and jigs/fixtures to meet existing and future customer demand._
- _Providing clear and accurate information on lead times to understanding of capability of meeting capacity and company objectives. _
- _Ensuring team is meeting deadlines and priorities and making necessary adjustments as required. _
- _Following company quality standards, procedures, policies, deadlines, etc., and supporting resolution of any issues._
- _Working closely with supporting teams to ensure necessary support of the manufacturing plan._
- _Streamlining and reducing wasted activities/functions. _
- _Establishing schedules and evaluating the execution of plan. _
- _Investigating, identifying and reconciling planning issues. _
- _Understanding inconsistencies that effect team functions. _
- _Ensuring organization and sustaining of manufacturing plant using 5S principles. _
- _Understanding of equipment maintenance schedules and planning down time accordingly for that maintenance to take place._
- _Following policies and procedures related to manufacturing plant. _
- _Ensuring team is accurately inputting data related to SAP into the system and supporting education of team as needed. _
- _Understanding and strong knowledge of part number structure and inputs affecting their processes to ensure correct outputs of product and service. _
- _Ensuring BOMs reflect accurately the build of product and notifying engineering and inventory teams (CSR as needed)._
- _Working with various departments and maintaining flexible attitude in supporting all work dedicated to achieving organizational goals. _
- _Working towards achieving the company objectives and making suggestions for improvement to management._
- _Having a strong product, process knowledge and helping to troubleshoot unexpected scenarios to ensure mínimal downtime. _

**_Required Work Experience:_**
- _Diploma in Supply Chain, Materials Management or Operations or equivalent or minimum 2 years professional experience in Production Coordinator type role_
- _Proficient knowledge in SAP _
- _Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel & MS Project)_

- _Comfortable in mentoring less experienced employees_
- _Self-motivated and excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment_
- _Strong organizational and leadership skills_
- _Strong data analysis skills, and proficient in the use of statistical tools in problem solving_
