**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their child's growth.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with disabilities or special needs.
- Maintain an organized classroom that is conducive to learning and exploration.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Alberta Level 2 Early Childhood Educator certification (or equivalent provincial certification)
- Current First Aid & CPR Level C certification
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Experience working with children in a licensed child care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
