We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) focuses on finding and securing new business opportunities for a company, often involving strategic planning, sales efforts, and relationship building. Identify and pursue leads, develop strategies to expand the company's reach, and ensure strong relationships with clients and partners.

We are looking for talented and competitive Business Development Managers that will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment.. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as solid computer skills, time management, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Training and leading dispatch and logistic team

Understanding customer needs and requirements

Identifying Sales Prospects for further development and closure

Maintain and expand your database of prospects

Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Perform effective online demos to prospects

Work with all departments through on boarding of secured business

**All other duties**:

- **Identifying New Business Opportunities**: BDMs conduct research to find potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- **Generating Leads**: They use various methods like networking, cold calling, and attending trade shows to generate leads.
- **Building Relationships**: BDMs cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- **Developing and Implementing Strategies**: They create and execute plans to grow the business and achieve company goals.
- **Managing Customer Relationships**: BDMs follow up on leads, ensure customer satisfaction, and build loyalty.
- **Staying Informed**: They keep up with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors or Masters degree.

Minimum 5 year Proven Business Development Experience in the Transportation industry.

Track record of over-achieving quota

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

Effective teamwork skills

Ability to effectively handle multiple conflicting priorities

Strong communication, customer service and computer skills

Pay: $90,011.00-$99,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
