Vancouver, Canada Work Party Creative Group Full time

The Social Media Coordinator role reports into the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and will involve both the Community Management for Work Party Creative clients and supporting the Digital Team with Social Media content planning. Developing performance reports is a core part of this role ensuring the internal team is kept up to date with developing trends across the client/brand channels.

Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
- 1 - 2 years experience in a social media role or similar
- Knowledge of the social media landscape, platforms and best practices
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to work independently and in a team

Key responsibilities:
Community Management
- Lead the internal community management as the lead point of contact for Work

Party Creatives clients’ social media channels
- Draft and coordinate responses for customer questions, complaints and

communications
- Generate weekly internal reports summarising any important

conversations/customer queries

Social Media Management
- Posting on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)
- Produce monthly content calendars across all social media platforms
- Collaborate with our digital and creative teams to strategize, build and execute

organic social content plans
- Grow the community of brand advocates on TikTok and Instagram
- Monitor social media channels for best practice, trends, industry news and events
- Coordinate social media contests

Reporting & Research
- Generate quarterly organic social media performance reports using social

listening tools
- Keep up to date with digital and social media trends, sharing knowledge within the

agency

Team Support
- Assist on social shoots, where required
- Training on placing social media advertisements, assisting the digital team
- Develop strong understanding of industry best practices/current trends

Communication Expectations:

- Communicate effectively (written and verbal) at all levels and with different

personalities
- Use proper grammar and spelling
- Receive and act on feedback
- Speak up and communicate when an assignment is unclear
- Seep supervisor informed about upcoming available time + projects timings
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail

**Salary**: $15.65-$30.07 per hour
