**System Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning the appropriate business analysis approach based on the size, complexity, constraints, and dependencies of the project
- Conducting stakeholder analysis and effectively obtaining information to form requirements
- Planning and managing the requirements approval process and changes to requirements scopes and/or solution
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive, complete, and accurate functional and technical specifications
- Define and recommend systems solutions to meet business goals
- Develop and document business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs
- Act as a liaison between business users and the software developers
- Lead design reviews and other meetings
- Facilitate user acceptance testing or other testing
- Write user manuals, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation
- Prepare training materials, and deliver end user training
- Provide insights and recommendations from data analyses and collaboration with the business to enhance data quality, improve data practices, and enable strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related field.
- 3-5 years of IT experience working as a Functional, Data, Application or System Analyst.
- Experience with NetSuite is an asset.
- Experience with Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Automation, Power BI and/or MS SQL Server considered an asset.
- NetSuite Certifications a plus (Suite Foundation Certification; Administrator Certification; ERP Consultant Certification or Suite Cloud Developer Certification)
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & agile practices.
- Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional and system requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate several alternative solutions to meet the business needs.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
