**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer concerns and vehicle issues.
- Provide accurate information about services, repairs, and maintenance options available.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain technical issues in an understandable manner to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Manage service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation of all sales.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring compliance with dealership standards.
**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Sales skills with a focus on upselling services effectively.
- Cash handling experience to manage transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and possess a strong desire to provide exceptional service to customers.
Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
