**What we expect**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for development, implementation and attainment of an annual business plan, operating budget and orders budget, utilizing TK Elevator (Canada) business processes
- Prepare and implement objectives/initiatives for new installation, service, repair and modernization business
- Drive revenue growth and manage the P&L within the branch by successfully managing all departments and lines of business to meet and exceed business goals
- Responsible for the effective management of department managers and supervisors through the providence of appropriate direction, guidance and communication of company policies, procedures and objectives
- Ensure daily operations of assigned branch are run efficiently and cost effectively; inclusive of, monitoring staff performance and morale and overseeing all facets of business
- Review reports on a monthly basis to measure the performance of each department; ensuring budgetary goals are met
- Work with Sales to increase customer base
- Participate in the bidding of large and/or complex jobs to ensure profitability
- Review/approve revenue/margins prior to submission of proposals
- Provide oversight to retention efforts by way of direct involvement in all “at risk” customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, elevator consultants, building owners, managers and prospects
- Maintain strong working knowledge of overall market area, including sales backlog, service and repair volume, market penetration, volume of outstanding bids, available new business and special projects
- Responsible for safety, compliance, and customer experience for the branch
**Who we are looking for**:
Your qualifications
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors’ degree in related discipline is considered an asset
- Proven success managing and developing talent within the workforce
- Thorough knowledge of the elevator industry and general management methods
- Effective communication skills and proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to motivate people to attain their maximum potential
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster teamwork, coupled by an ability to lead and sponsor change
**Travel within the geographic area of responsibility is a core requirement of this position.
