**Job Position**:Controller (Full Time Position)

We are a Real Estate Developer, Design Builder, General Contractor and Landlord of office, commercial and industrial buildings,

**The role is to support all aspects of accounting management**:

- Billing - Reporting Reconciliations - Budgets - Audits - Month End Closing - Year End Closing
- Preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements
- Manage journal entries and invoices
- Review the company's accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies of imbalances

**Requirements**:

- Solid knowledge of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Understanding of date analysis and forecasting
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
- Experience in JONAS is preferable
- Working knowledge of Construction and _Property Management _as well as _Development_
- Experience with full-cycle accounts payable
- Well organized and ability to prioritize
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
