**Your daily life**:
**In this role, you will**:

- Administrer la documentation nécessaire à l'embauche des nouveaux employés, ce qui implique la collecte et la vérification des documents requis, ainsi que la création des dossiers d'employés;
- Assurer les changements aux dossiers des employés, notamment les changements de superviseurs, de titres, les promotions, et d'autres données pertinentes;
- Vérifier l'exactitude des données saisies et corriger les erreurs éventuelles pour assurer l'intégrité et la fiabilité des informations;
- Gérer les terminaisons d'employés dans le système, en veillant à ce que toutes les procédures et les exigences légales soient respectées;
- Fournir un soutien à l'équipe de paie, en garantissant l'exactitude des informations et en traitant les requêtes avec diligence;
- Participer à divers projets spéciaux, tels que le transfert d'informations dans les systèmes, en s'adaptant rapidement aux besoins changeants de l'organisation;
- Assurer le respect des politiques de confidentialité des données en matière de ressources humaines et garantir la sécurité des informations sensibles;
- Servir de lien entre le département Talent & Culture et les autres départements de l'entreprise, en communiquant efficacement les impacts et en favorisant la collaboration.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Degree in administration, human resources, or any other relevant field;
- Experience with human resources data management (an asset);
- Knowledge or experience with Ceridian (an asset);
- Good command of office software, including Excel and Word;
- Ability to make connections between different functions and processes, while having a thorough understanding of the needs of the organization;
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion;
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines;
- Bilingualism (English/French).
