We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician to support our diverse and talented team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist R&D engineers in the development and optimization of colloidal gold-based in vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagents (e.g., infectious disease, HCG, etc.).
- Conduct laboratory work such as antibody/antigen screening, coating concentration optimization, chromatography testing, and stability evaluation.
- Follow up on small-scale and pilot-scale reagent trials, and perform data collection and analysis.
- Complete experimental records, technical documentation, and SOPs as required.
- Support raw material verification, new product trial production, and other R&D-related activities.
- Perform production works on company requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate degree or above in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Chemistry or related fields.
- Over 1 year of relevant experience, or outstanding recent graduates.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Prior experience or internship in colloidal gold assay development is preferred.
- Proficient in basic laboratory techniques such as pipetting, centrifugation, coating, and chromatography.
- Able to interpret experimental protocols, record data, and follow standard procedures.
- Familiarity with antibody/antigen principles and immunology is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Reporting to: R&D Supervisor / Project Manager

Work Location: In person

Pay: CA$20.00-CA$25/hour
