**Job Overview**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Part-time hours: 8- 20 hours per week.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Follow all health and safety regulations within the food service environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe environment for patrons.
- Familiarity with POS systems to manage orders and payments efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others as part of a team.
