We are a family owned restaurant established in Victoria in 2013.

We are currently seeking a full-time juice/smoothie bar person and bartender, available to work some days, but mostly evenings and weekends.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Must have a minimum of 3 years bartending experience.
- Must have exceptional customer service and ability to confidently serve and entertain patrons at the bar, and occasionally serve a small section if needed.
- Must have basic cocktail knowledge.
- Preference towards someone with natural wine & spirit knowledge.
- Preference towards someone with craft beer knowledge.
- Preference to someone with knowledge of local artisans, breweries, cideries, and vineyards.
- Ability to work alone and as a team.
- Ability to handle cash (taking payments, daily cash outs)
- Ability to delegate tasks and help other staff as needed.
- Ability to operate an espresso machine.
- Ability to lift items up to 10lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must live in Victoria or surrounding areas.

Job Description: (includes but is not limited to)
- Opening and closing the bar, a juice bar, and a smoothie bar.
- Prep involved with juice bar, smoothie bar, and bar.
- Serving customers at the bar and the occasional section.
- Operating an espresso machine.
- Stocking
- Cleaning
- Daily cash outs

We are looking for a confident and experienced bartender with a positive attitude. We are a small staff of quirky, intelligent, spirited individuals who work very hard but also like to have fun. Be Love is a little family and we are excited to add the right person to our team. We are looking for a bartender but we are happy to train the right person on the juice/smoothie bar if you don't have much experience there

**Salary**: $15.65-$20.00 per hour
