We are looking for an optometric assistant/receptionist to join our growing team Our full-scope, 5 doctor Optometry clinic is located in the heart of Carleton Place. We pride ourselves on being community oriented and dedicated to the highest level of patient care. We are searching for a new team member who shares these same core values.

Responsibilities include:

- Warmly welcoming patients as the arrive for their appointments
- Verify patients OHIP eligibility and aid with insurance billing
- Preliminary testing before patients see the Optometrist
- Performing automated visual field (peripheral vision) tests

Experience working in an Optometric clinic is an asset but not required.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
