**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Follow safety procedures and work in a safe manner (LOTO, PPE, Guarding, etc )
- Operate Hassia machine
- Record all product produced on inventory records and cards, track rework losses, and crush cups when required.
- Responsible to bring in and take out packaging supplies for the HASSIA.
- Responsible for wash-up of the HASSIA as well as other areas where it is deemed required.
- Responsible for housekeeping in butter, freezer and east warehouse areas and adhering to GMP’s.
- Responsible for sanitary handling and supply of solids to butter production when required.
- SAP transactions.
- Monthly cleaning of lift truck.
- Master cleaning as required.
- Sanitary PM’s as required.

- **HACCP**
- **GMPs**
- Other related duties as they may be assigned.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be minimum of 18 years of age;
- Completion of high school or equivalent;
- Must be able to do heavy lifting up to 50 lbs;
- Mechanically inclined is considered an asset;
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time including bending, twisting and walking;
- Must be willing and able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical; and
- Able to work shift work (including nights and weekends)
