About Roots and Tales Clinic:

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a committed Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support our team at Roots and Tales Clinic. This role involves assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations while working in a therapeutic setting focused on children and families. The position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating client visits for families and children.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with clinic standards.
- Support communication with families, including responding to inquiries and providing updates.
- Help with general administrative tasks such as organizing files, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient clinic operations and a welcoming environment for families.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a therapeutic setting, particularly with families and children.
- Familiarity with Zanda or Powrdairy websites is an asset, but not required.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a compassionate, professional manner.
