Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is seeking a **PR Manager** to lead our public relations initiatives in **Toronto**. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who excels in media relations, brand management, and corporate communications.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute **PR strategies** to enhance the company’s brand image.
- Build and maintain relationships with **media, influencers, and key stakeholders**.
- Create compelling **press releases, speeches, and media statements**.
- Manage crisis communications and oversee public perception.
- Monitor media coverage and provide insights on PR effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align PR efforts with business goals.
- Organize **press events, media briefings, and public engagements**.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s vision and values.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Public Relations, Communications, or a related field**.
- **5+ years of experience** in PR, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of **media relations, brand positioning, and digital PR**.
- Excellent **writing, editing, and public speaking skills**.
- Ability to handle crisis communication and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in PR tools and media monitoring platforms.
