**Job Overview**
As a Barback, you will play a vital role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position involves maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting in providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are essential to delivering a memorable experience for our guests.

**Duties**
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of the bar for events or shifts.
- Provide support during busy periods by serving drinks and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.

**Skills**
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain a tidy work environment.
- Experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
