Barback/busser

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
- Help manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests as needed.
- Support the overall hospitality experience by ensuring the bar area is welcoming and well-maintained.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the food industry or kitchen operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- A commitment to cleanliness and organization within the bar environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for customer service and helping create memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
