We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to help drive this growth.
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the museum, zoo, aquarium, and cultural sectors for exhibitions and design + fabrication services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- **Business Development**:
- Cultivate new business relationships, including cold outreach and networking, to build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and ongoing partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, fabrication) to develop customized solutions for prospective clients.
- **Market Research & Insights**:
- Stay informed on industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and position Little Ray's as a leader in the space.
- Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Little Ray's and build business contacts.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:
- Work closely with the design and fabrication teams to understand project capabilities and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials, promotional campaigns, and client communications.
- Provide feedback and insights to senior management to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the museum, exhibition, or design sectors.
- Strong network within the museum, cultural institution, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for museums, cultural exhibitions, and educational experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
