**Summary**: Working with Managing Director and management team, Lead Physician Advisor (LPA) will provide leadership, insight and assistance to further develop and expand ECC’s family practice and allied health programs in the specific province.

**Descriptions**:

- Provide insight and inspire the expansion of family practice and telemedicine at ECC and Gotodoctor.ca
- Advise and directly involve in new clinical programs and specialist services
- Review and recommend to improve performance and quality of existing programs and services
- Collaborate with family physicians, specialists and management on critical projects
- Identify and lead enhancement to differentiate ECC services externally
- Experience service delivery and advise on improvement
- Other relevant duties to the growth of ECC and its team

**Qualities**:

- Active family practice roster in the province of practice - required
- Minimum of 1 year of community family practice experience - required
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Understand the importance of clinical and operation needs

**Specifics**:

- Schedule: Part-time, flexible schedule (4 hours every 2 weeks)
- Location: Remote
- Position: 6 months contract, option to renew and expand (no limit)
- Compensation: $125 per hour; plus bonus
