We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Practice Advisor to join our growing team

Reporting to the Team Lead, EMR Program, this position is responsible for providing a wide range of services and support to physicians relating to adoption, enhanced use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and other related digital health solutions. These services include relationship management, training, coaching, marketing, and developing and executing project plans with the primary goals of improving EMR practice experience of physicians.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in the healthcare sector, Information Management, Business Administration, Education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Change Management/Project Management training/certification (i.e., Prosci) is considered an asset.
- Experience in healthcare and/or a clinical practice role is considered an asset.
- Experience in workflow process redesign or business process improvement is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the Health Information Protection Act (HIPA) is considered an asset.

***Salary**

$72,140 - $97,600 per annum commensurate with experience.
