**Summary** Zest Communities / St. Elizabeth Village is looking for individuals to assist and execute snow removal processes and ice management. This is a seasonal position, it is ‘on-call’ dependent on winter weather from accumulating or anticipated snow and ice to freeze thaw conditions. Many shifts are through the overnight or early morning hours so our sites can be as safe as possible for our residents’ as they go about their morning. There is no guarantee of hours. **Responsibilities** - Perform snow removal duties with focus on quality and timely execution. - Collaboration with other crew members in snow removal process - Answer on-calls regarding snow fall and timely removal of such - Salting Ice - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** - Ability to adapt readily to rapid and changing environment - Exceptional teamwork skills - Ability to deal with others effectively - Ability to deal with fast paced environment - *If you don't meet minimum qualifications, you may not be considered for the job*_ **Requirements**: - Vulnerable Sector Police Screening - Covid-19 vaccination proof - Valid G Driver’s License and Clean Drivers Abstract - Ability to read, write, speak English **Working Conditions** - Hours of Work: Multiple shifts mostly including mornings, also including days/afternoons with occasional schedule for evenings / weekends - Availability for on-call shifts - Ability to sit/stand for up to 8 hours each day - Ability to lift up to 30lbs independently **Job Type **Seasonal, Casual On-Call dependent on winter weather conditions **About Us** Zest Communities owns and operates a 55+ community that brings resort-style living to Hamilton.
