To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as a Mortgage Underwriter or similar role in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of mortgage underwriting guidelines, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis for risk assessment
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations and financial analysis
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial information
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey decisions and recommendations to borrowers and internal teams

**Salary**: $55,576.96-$85,043.51 per year
