**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated FOH Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have about menu items.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
- Follow food safety guidelines for food handling and preparation to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills to accurately process transactions.
- Experience in food service or preparation is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but can be learned on the job.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
