**Job description**:
Our company is looking for experienced cleaner to clean common areas in an apartment building in Waterloo 3 days a week for 4 hours starting at 430pm or 5pm. We are looking for an emphasis reliability and attention to detail. We are looking for friendly and professional people. Tasks to complete will be cleaning windows, sweeping, mopping, cleaning the elevators, changing garbages, vacuuming, etc. More possible hours available as well.

**Job requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handling keys and FOB’s
- Working in a safe manner
- Reporting any unsafe conditions
- Use personal protective equipment as required
- Monitoring levels of supplies

**Working conditions**:
The applicant must be available 3 evenings a week for 4 hours (starting at 430 or 5pm). Preferably Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail (elevators, windows)
- Cleaning experience
- Managing their time effectively
- Self starter
- Organized
- Communication skills

**Salary**:
$18.50/hr to start

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week
