**A Server’s accountabilities include**:

- Demonstrating a dedication to service and hospitality - tries to ensure every guest leaves with a sense that their experience was outstanding in every way
- Demonstrates knowledge of our menu and can explain it in a way that exudes passion for our food and beverage programs.
- Demonstrates the willingness and ability to go above and beyond for any guest
- Demonstrates teamwork and communicates positively and professionally to all departments to ensure that guest needs are being met at all times
- Setup, takedown and ongoing cleanliness of the Server station(s)
- Demonstrates and adheres to proper steps in responsible service of alcohol
