**The Numbers (What You Can Expect)**:

- From our 80 monthly leads of Buyers and Rental Seekers...
- 50% respond to initial contact (40 leads)...
- Approximately 50% close successfully (**6 deals monthly**)

**Commission Structure**:

- **50/50 split** on all company-provided leads
- **80/20 split** on your personal client base
- **No desk fees**

**Realistic Income Potential**: $200,000-$400,000+ annually based on performance

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Represent the **Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, York, Peel)**:

- **Contact new leads daily** via phone, text message, WhatsApp, etc.
- Professionally manage **showings for Buyers and Lessees**:

- Guide clients through purchase/lease process from start to finish
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional representation
- Communicate with the team via Slack

**Requirements**:

- **Active Ontario Real Estate License** (required)
- **Reliable vehicle** for client showings and travel
- **Excellent English communication** (written and verbal)
- **GTA location** - must be available for GTA-wide showings
- **Phone skills** - comfortable making 10+ calls daily
- **Professional attitude** and appearance
- **Self-motivated** with strong follow-up discipline
- **Willing to join our brokerage** (seamless transfer process)

This is a commission-only position for licensed real estate professionals in the GTA.
