**Incident Recovery Operations Lead**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and serve as the main security contact for clients and stakeholders in incident recovery scenarios.
- Prioritize and plan recovery tasks based on business requirements while ensuring security best practices are followed.
- Coordinate with the PMO on project tasks, progress, issues, and escalations.
- Manage the security and stability of IT services being restored or recovered.

**Must have knowledge and experience**:

- Familiarity with Dell and/or VMware products.
- Experience in handling incident response.
- Strong security background.
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
