**THE ROLE**

The Suite Attendant is responsible for ensuring quality service for a section of Suites, and all food and beverage that is ordered. The Suite Attendant must be familiar with all the particulars pertaining to their set of Suites, and must be fully knowledgeable and aware of all active Suite promotions, features, and specials. The Suite Attendant will provide superior customer service at all times with a focus of understanding and delivering on guest expectations.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Provide food and beverage service from pantry to Suites.
- Understand and execute on special instructions/VIPs/food timing.
- Review Suite contracts with Hostessing team to understand deliverables by customer.
- Up-sell of food, beverage, and dessert offerings.
- Run game-day food and beverage orders.
- Setup of proper equipment, vessels, small-wares prior to guest arrival.
- Clearing plates, platters, empties from Suites.
- Ensure kitchen is maintained for general upkeeping.
- Restock and replenish Suite fridges and perform assigned closing/side duties.
- Full compliance with company alcohol policy.
- Deliver customer service to both external and internal guests.
- All other duties assigned by Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must hold valid Smart Serve certification
- Completion or in process of obtaining OSSD
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Understanding of safe food handling policies
- Team player and ability to work with diverse groups
- Focus on customer service at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
Location: On Site

The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, and stoop. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
