**Demand planning activities**
- Publish monthly sales consensus reports
- Join meetings with IPC sales team for demand reviews
- Work in Demantra to update forecast by customer by item, based on consolidated demand meetings
- Publish monthly Demand approval decks as well as Final Demand approval updates
- Part of the new customer set up process to ensure new business if forecasted accurately for approvals.
- Correlate the onboarding Go PIF’s with demand plan
- Friday sales estimate report
- Reporting changes required weekly
**Daily Inventory**
- Daily tracking of finished goods inventory
- Monitor and update finished goods inventory projections by warehouse & Actuals snapshots
- Weekly snapshot of actual production vs planned
**Support Supply Chain initiatives**
- Publish weekly Supply Chain update to the business
- Weekly Supply Chain update to the business
- Support Supply Chain Manager, Senior planner & Demand planner in Supply Chain initiatives
- Enrolled in post-secondary education, 1st year university student preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Data Management - ability to organize and analyze data efficiency.
- Strong attention to details
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving - ability to identify and address inventory issues
