**Job Overview**:
We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to our operations, handling invoicing, accounts receivable, and related financial duties for our 3PL business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, process, and verify invoices accurately and on time.
- Manage accounts receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client billing requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable (3PL industry experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Previous experience with SAP-ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a bounus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
