JH Homes is a Saskatoon based; family owned and operated business that has been selling quality, affordable Ready to Move homes for over 53 years.
We are searching for a self-motivated individual to join our Sales team. This is a position that requires excellent problem solving and customer relation skills. You will be required to be both in store and on site. This is a self employed commission based position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule on site or in store meetings with potential clients
- Sales of both custom and showhome Ready to Move homes, as well as homes built on site
- Communicate with vendors, trades, staff, and customers
- Provide vision and direction for completing housing opportunities
- Other assignments as directed
**Requirements**:
- Highly organized
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of building materials and construction required
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven Sales experience
