As Elora Brewing’s Social Media Coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative, and engaging initiatives to showcase our brand position, voice and persona on key social platforms such as Instagram. Ultimately, your goal is to increase web traffic, foot traffic, and customer engagement with EBC. This position requires intermediate social media capability and versatility across an array of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social media tools.

This position reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

- Capturing and posting images and videos that capture EBC’s brand position, voice and persona
- Researching and advising on social media best practices
- Monitoring and reporting on social media analytics for all platforms
- Responding to comments and messages on all social media platforms
- Innovating new, fresh approaches to ensure that EBC is maximizing social media channels and reaching new audiences
- Creating, maintaining and managing platform content calendars
- Website updating
- Simple graphic design tasks
- Staying abreast of latest social trends
- Occasional travel to work related events, team building exercises or industry events

This is a flexible, part-time position with working varying hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Approximately **18 - 25hrs/week. **Some weekend and evening hours may be required. An opportunity to increase the hours per week will be determined based on workload

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
