Deals regularly with our Local Customers to support all Service and Installs on a regular basis while ensuring our service standards are carrying out for all our Customer’s job requirements.

Works with our Local Customers in the field as required to ensure all aspects of Customer Jobs are satisfactory and all tasks are being completed.

Purchase and pick-up material as required to support Service and Installs to ensure product is replaced or repaired in the field and the Customer’s jobs are being completed in a timely manner on a regular basis.

Drive to and from Customer sites on a daily basis while keeping sevice truck clean and organized. We service locks and do locksmithing, lock and door hardware, automatic swinging doors, automatic sliding doors (Accessibility), CCTV, alarms, card access, etc...

Ccoordinate install jobs while using customer timelines and effective materials management.

Provide support and Liaison between the Management Team and the Customer.

Work with the management team on improving procedures.

Accountable for site work of all Customers, ensure that the quality and consistency of workmanship meets standards.

Coordinate, deliver and maintain all projects as required, including documentation and drawings, permits, etc.

Must work well independently with mínimal supervision and have strong paperwork skills while ensuring customer satisfaction on a regular basis.

Time sheet to be entered in calendar during the day or at day’s end.

Ensure all Safety equipment is being used at all times for Personal Safety.

Must have experience with basic hand tools along with Drill, grinder, jigsaw, etc...

Electrical and Mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills is a must.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
