We are a food company dedicated to innovative Japanese ramen, looking for an experienced **Japanese Ramen Development Chef** to collaborate on a **part-time, project-based** basis to create unique and competitive ramen dishes. **Extremely flexible working hours**, allowing you to balance other commitments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and traditional ramen dishes, including broth, noodles, and toppings, aligned with our company’s vision.
- Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences to design innovative, marketable ramen concepts.
- Guide the kitchen team in standardizing new recipes for consistent execution.

**Requirements**:

- **At least 5 years of experience in ramen-making** with expertise in traditional broths (tonkotsu, miso, shoyu, etc.) and ingredient pairing.
- Proven success in creating or launching unique ramen dishes (portfolio preferred).
- A strong sense of market trends, innovation, and cost management.
- Flexibility in working hours, able to commit time based on project needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
