**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
- Maintain and organize paper and electronic documents, files, and records.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and professional language usage.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Track and update technician schedules, maintaining accurate records of appointments and changes.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff to gather and relay information as needed, using clear and effective English communication.
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required, offering clear and concise communication in English.
- Billing: Create and prepare invoices for products or services rendered, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collecting Accounts Receivable: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, contacting clients or customers to remind them of payment deadlines and ensuring prompt collection of payments.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in transportation dispatch or related position preferred.
- Must be able to learn new computer systems quickly. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
